We have been working with Modena Design Centres (Pty.) Ltd. and with Modena Consulting (Pty.) Ltd. since the third quarter of 2010, having previously procured software and support services from another Autodesk Solutions provider for many years.

Until we began working with Modena, we considered software as a grudge purchase, given that prices are fixed by license agreements and there is no room for negotiation.

We had previously found our Autodesk Solutions Providers to be disinterested in our business beyond the point of sale, unprepared to work with us through hardware challenges that arise out of the persistent and never-ending software upgrades, and generally obstructive and unresponsive at a service level.

Modena has certainly made a difference and we have finally found the service that differentiates one business from another in the software field.

We have found Modena to be agile, innovative, responsive and interested in detail. We have found all team members of the two Modena businesses to be highly competent and knowledgeable. We have found the training programmes to be better than those we have engaged in before, and the advanced training in our office has been of huge benefit for our staff and our business.

While the Paragon Group has been using Autodesk REVIT as its primary production platform since 2005, Modena’s intervention has given the entire team the conviction to convert the last resistant workstations and clients to Autodesk REVIT production.

In short, the impact of Modena’s business on the Paragon Group has been positive across the board, if not to say revolutionary. We have finally found a software partner and we would honestly state that the title ‘Architecture Solutions Provider’ is apt for your business.
