TO ACCESS your account, kindly do the following:
GO TO:
- 1 - Web browser
- 2 - Type in accounts.autodesk.com
- 3 - Sign in
- 4 - Username: users email address
- 5 - Password: this is a private user specific password – if you have forgotten your password kindly click forgot to generate a reset email from Autodesk
- 6 - Once in the account, please go to manage products and downloads
- 7 - Go to the question mark and select one of the 3 options
