Carla’s journey in the Adobe ecosystem began in 2004 when she became an Adobe Certified Expert and Adobe Certified Instructor. Recognized by Adobe as an Adobe Creative Cloud Subject Matter Expert in July 2023, she has also been a pioneering Adobe Sign Essentials Expert in South Africa since November 2021. Her commitment to excellence is further evidenced by her role as an Adobe Creative Ambassador since 2020.

Professional Background: Carla’s extensive career includes a significant tenure at Adobe Systems South Africa, where she started out as a Creative Sales Engineer Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) region in 2010 served as the Senior Solutions Consultant for Digital Media from October from 2018 to February 2020. Covering the Sub-Saharan Africa territory, she was instrumental in providing solution-driven approaches for Adobe’s entire range of digital media products, including Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and e-Learning solutions.

Prior to her time at Adobe, Carla managed Interactive Learning & Technologies, her own software training company, for nine years. Here, she specialized in Adobe end-user training and software solutions, gaining invaluable experience in layout and design, as well as creating e-learning content for large corporate organizations.
